Strange tag issue

    Here's an interesting one for some of ye.....friend of mine has a 2.5 year old tag link dress watch.bizarrely the face seems to have rotated about 90 degrees. Watch hands are correct but just the face has moved. I wouldn't expect that from a cheap entry level casio never mind a 2 grand tag. Anyone ever come across before? Do you think tag would honour and out of warranty repair on such an obvious and embarrassing for them quality issue?it was bought in a tag franchise shop abroad so no doubt over its authenticity.....any thoughts?

    The feet of the dial that sit in the movement have broken or become displaced from their positions
    I doubt TAG Heuer will honour a free repair if it's six months out of warranty but it's worth ringing the customer service centre in London as see what they say

    Saw that on a Quartz Seiko diver that was about 20 years old, was a work watch for a machine installer. I was still surprised tbh when I saw it :pac:
