Hi, I recently purchased a Redmi 2 phone (Version Miui 66.77.33.00) from Gearbest from their EU Warehouse and I'm wondering how I go about removing the preinstalled Chinese Apps and Bloatware??? Anyone able to point me in the right direction, please......

you will neet to unlock the bootloader and root it, install TWRP recovery and install a custom ROM you should find on the xda forums.

Can anyone recommend a good cover for the Redmi Note 2. I need it mainly to protect the screen from cracking after the phone has been dropped!
