    I'm dissapointed.
He thought Sky for a leading company in the market.
    I trusted her.
company Sky have downloaded two times my money, and I do not have internet yet.
I have suffered additional costs (about 15 euros) I called the helpline
    I'm waiting since 08/02/2016
    45 days...
    I'm sorry, very sorry ...

No idea what the situation is but it might be worth asking them to give you a callback instead of being charged to call their helpline: http://www.boards.ie/ttforum/1598

If you pay by direct debit you are entitled to ask the bank to refund any direct debit payment within 8 weeks of the debit.
    SEPA Consumer (Debtor) Rights

Under the SEPA Direct Debit Core Scheme Rules and SEPA Regulation 260-2012 consumers can:

Request a refund for any SEPA Direct Debit within eight weeks from the date on which the SEPA Direct Debit was debited from their account. Within the eight week period their bank must refund on a ‘no-questions asked’ basis

They can't fix anything unless you talk to them.

Seems language is a barrier here. Get a good English speaking friend to contact sky on your behalf.

    language is not a problem.
    we talk many times.
problem is in mind Sky workers.
    They can't solve problems.
I lived in many European countries and never NEVER met a company like a Sky

Seems you have a chip on your shoulder. I've dealt with sky in the past and found them very professional. Maybe you are coming across in a negative kind of way.

Sounds like you probably need an NLP from openEir which means it goes out to contractors. Even with Skys good reps (they are on the ball), its a slow process.

Contact ComReg who are responsible for regulating the sector.

You need to start by making a formal complaint to Sky.

    Visit www.ComReg.ie

Be sure to ask them for a full refund for your lack of service. Shouldn't be a problem for them.

Even a day without service that you've been charged for is refundable. Before you're connected at least, I doubt they do so when there's just a short outage.
