Hope the quality is alright, there are mixed reviews on HDUK. How easy would they be to return from Ireland through ParcelMotel?

Anytime I have ever gotten any electronics refurbished, it let me down after a couple of months and it was probably because of the original reason. Very dubious now buying any thing refurbished.

And the last thing I bought was from Argos on ebay, had to go back after a week, faulty keyboard.

It's not too hard you can use collect+ and use parcel motel to send it to the collect+in the north.

    Immm

Would these do for a school ipad?

My child is starting secondary school this year. The school wants 350 for a new one.

Just collected mine from parcelmotel. Couple of scratches at the back but otherwise fine. It would do fine for school I would imagine. Just say your child already has one.

How do I find out when it was originally bought. It is still under Apple warranty but I don't know how long for

The black one is cheaper, £209.

AFAIK you can search to cereal number via the Apple website here, https://checkcoverage.apple.com/gb/en/;jsessionid=sxgDW22GhnxDC1YzT7hL82284fXl1kYFSn9zzcPh9nHhXv33cl2T!-1170252824

Did you get yours in the original box with cables etc? You may have a better chance at extended apple coverage if so but check it above.

I am collecting mine today, if I only have to deal with a few scratches on the back then it's been a good investment, for €230 it's a very good price imo. The 12 month warranty from Argos did suck me in and it helps, if its very bad it may be hasle to send back via PM however at least if that option to do that.

The Sliver one was only £179, although I do prefer the space grey color the silver would mask any small blemishes etc, on the back.

I am very pleased with mine. It was in a brown box with the charger rattling and I figured I had received a dud. Opened it up and it's was well wrapped in the box with bubble wrap. There are a few scratches near the apple icon on the back but it will be in a case so I don't mind as it will be in a case.

Going to check if dealz have any of the griffin iPad Air cases in stock.

    Overall very happy. Thanks OP

Collected mine at Parcel Motel today.
Relieved and overjoyed! Original box, charger and the IPad hasn't a mark on it. The charger is very tatty and tired so this may have made it non resellable. Looks like we all ended up on tbe right side of the draw thankfully!

Not really anymore. But more manageable than with an iPhone assuming you aren't storing photos and music on the iPad.
