Plc student taking up LC deferral

Just want to know does it matter what I get in my PLC if I am taking up my deferral that I recieved through my leaving cert points, the reason I ask is I put down my PLC exam number as well as my leaving cert exam number on my cao application and want to know will this effect my deferral in anyway just say if I was to fail…

I want to know was it a mistake to enter in my PLC/QQI exam number into my cao application as I think it might effect my deferral if I fail the plc.
