Crash Course World History

    Hi folks,

    I've really been enjoying the Crash Course world history videos on YouTube, they give 10-15 minute potted histories around a certain time or concept and leaves it open for debate.

    If there is enough interest, couple we have a weekly thread focusing on one video at a time, and tearing further into the topics he discusses.

    If you are keen and here are enough interested posts in this one shall we kick off on Friday with the the first video from the first series?
