Stopped for NO motor tax - do I need to tell insurance company

    Hi ,

    I got stopped for no motor tax , got a fine, there was no mention of penalty points.

    Will i need to contact my insurer and tell them about this ?

    OP, check with your specific policy, but generally speaking, no, it's not a requirement I've heard of before.

    Was the horse tested at the time ? i bed she wasnt road worthy at all ted.

    Where did you buy your horse? Must be their fault

    Its was a friends horse, a very big jumper. She had a stables and asked us if we wanted to go out one evening.
    Holiday insurance wanted to blame someone but accidents happen.
    The danger of falling of high horses is that you could break your neck if you don't fall properly.

    id never take a friends horse like that....not without making sure you have third party extension on your own insurance first.
