Lg G3s problems

    ok have this lg g3s the smaller version of the g3 and probs the other half is having is that some sms wont come through and "if" they do they show up with no alert whatsoever, same can happen with the facebook and email and so on. facebook can kick ya out and back to main screen to, ive checked the usual things in the app manager and everything is all present and correct so this one has me stumped any idea's?

    If all else fails then usually a factory reset would sort the phone out. Backup everything first like sms, whatsapp etc
