It in reality it can be 12 months before your claim is awarded ,it's one of the more difficult payments to get between refusals and appeals it can be up to 12 months

I Applied November ,refused Febuary,sent in more doccumentation for review ,,as of 6 may still waiting think its 25 weeks now
.Rang about 4 weeks ago was told it is with the doctors ,but there was huge backlog.
