Sending a couple of animals to the abattoir in the morning (we're haveing them butchered for the freezer). Try as I might I can't get clarity on what 'paperwork' is required. All the neighbours say to simply bring the blue cards with me, but surely I've something to do on the AIM system?
Do I need to notify the movement or print a Certificate of Compliance?
Seems like a ridiculously simple question but a clear answer is proving difficult to come by. Thanks.

Depends on if it's a local butcher or a factory. A butcher will have a kill number he'll work out of, I'd advise ringing him in the morning if so. Factory will work the exact same as the mart, cards and the corresponding animals shall do.

Thanks folks. I'm getting so used to everything being so complicated that the simple things felt odd ;-)
Blue cards in the morning so.
