    Hi,
I've been give welfare meanwhile I have been looking for work.
Now I finally found a job for 6 months and will start soon.
I haven't been given welfare for a long time. Only for 1 week and I've been without work for 3 months so I have no money at this moment.
Now I will get salary in may so that means that I'll be without any salary meanwhile. My question is can I get welfare until I get my salary ?
If not I won't have money to get to work and for food and bills. Anyone who could advise on what will happen and if its possible to get welfare meanwhile.

    Many thanks in advance!

Were you signing on for the 3 months before you were awarded welfare?
You must sign off on the first day you are working.

You must sign off but if you have kids and got payment for them on SW you can apply for back to work family dividend and retain their payment.

I was lucky enough to claim back those 3 month thanks to a kind lady at welfare reason is that i actually "had" a job during the time but they scammed me and i never saw my salary so i was without salary for 3 months and had to take a loan to pay my bills meanwhile so all the money i got from welfare last week went straight to pay back all the bills & loans so i have nothing left at the moment. If i take a job now then i wont get salary until may and thats 6 weeks and if i would start soon then id lose my welfare and wouldn't have money to get to work and to pay my bills that comes in. that would mean that i had to take a loan again. So whatever i do it looks like its gonna end bad either way.

You need to call into your local CWO and ask about a loan until payday.
