Im wondering if there was any underlying issues would blood results be 'off'..?? Also Just a question on mri scans as I had one done due to pelvis issues..Do these show up just spinal probs or do they look at tissues and organs etc?? sorry for all the q's just i'm never sick so this is all uncertain..

Best to go back to your GP to discuss tbh. Based on your symptoms it could be anything or it could be nothing.

Bloods would usually show up if there were any abnormalities. However the tests are open to interpretation and comparison to what is normal for you. For example, I am asthmatic. Last weekend I ended up in ddoc on a nebulizer. My peak flows were down to about 350. This could be a good level for someone with chronic breathing issues, however my peak flows normally top 600+. So a doctor could look and say "peak flow good" when in reality I was working at about 60%.

As for MRI, it really depends on what they scanned. They're used for bones, tissue, joints...

As said, GP is your best bet. They may suggest more detailed bloods, ornmay ask questions about lifestyle or even changes in sleep patterns. But nobody on the internet is qualified to diagnose you. And anyone who does could be wrong.

    Hi crunchie,

Sorry to hear you're not feeling yourself. As sullivlo above says, the best person to answer these questions is your GP who can interpret things in the context of your symptoms and put your mind at ease. No one on the board here will be able to do this. Hope you get some answers and feel better soon.
