The new rule is basically it has to lose a seat. 7 seat vehicles go to 5 which is fine, 5 seat vehicles go to 4. I got away with the RR by removing the middle rear seatbelt and manufacturing a metal bracket so that the middle armrest couldnt be folded back up , this satified the requirements.

The bracket has to be permanent , they will try all they can at the vrt centre to get that armrest up, if they succeed its not happening.
