I booked an nct over the phone, im now looking to change the appointment date. after going onto there website they now require a "booking I.D" ive tried entering the last 6 digits of the chassis number to no avail and also tried the date of first registration of the vehicle. im guessing you have to ring up the call centre to get the booking number? or am i missing something....

Did you not get a text/email when you booked it?

You should have received some sort of confirmation by text/mail. ID is there.
Or just ring them again, I'm sure they can help.
