Recommend underlay for laminate floor

    Hi folks

    Just wondering if you can recommend underlay for laminate flooring?
    Would like it to have some insulating properties.
    It'll be for kitchen and hall way.
    No idea what to be looking for.

    B&q do a compressed board.I use it when doing laminate.it comes in packs.
