Paint problem

    From a painter.
    Its emulsion applied over an oil base paint, which cracks an causes "dry river bed effect".

    To fix it use an electric sander 60g paper or 80g. Then use alklai resisting primer, brush in and roll it on. Then your emulsion.
    btw it keeps coming back if you just paint over it.

    Yea i think its over vinyl silk.
    Do i need to sand it right back to the layer underneath

    If its vinyl silk, nah just sand it and prime, use a light filler over those cracks.

    Bull's eye 123 needs about a week to cure.
