Don't know if this is any addition to you lads but i go to boxing based training sessions in Ashbourne. It's ran by a father and son who have boxed all their lives. They give us a great workout and show us the correct way to throw punches, protect yourself and other aspects like footwork etc. Really great tough training but Ashbourne might be too far to travel for you.
