Hi All. I am getting Married next Month, and was wondering could anyone recommend someone who would provide hotdogs at the Hotel at 2am. (We have the hotels permission)

Although this may sound unusual,We were at a wedding 4-5 years ago and the Bride and Groom had one there at the entrance to the Room where they had the reception. At 2am It was the best thing I ever saw, Like seeing a chipper when leaving a nightclub :)

Anyway,I was wondering could someone recommend somebody to me,as the couple who got married can not remember who they got.

Many thanks in Advance for any potential replies. :)

Dont have any exact replies, but if you're in the Dublin area, you could try contacting people who set up at any of the farmers markets that take place in lots of locations now.

I heard one of those food trucks did a similar thing involving wood fried pizza for a wedding, which sounds great to me!

Ooh I love that idea. Let's hope it becomes the new chocolate fountain/photo booth/candy cart. My husband and I had midnight burgers at our wedding but just from the local chippers so I've no personal recommendations.

Are you in Dublin? These guys http://www.thechipvan.ie provide a chip van with a full menu maybe you could try to negotiate a more specific range. On the website it says they have a minimum spend of €495. Maybe this would suit?

What area are you looking for

I was at a wedding abroad that had a simple hot dog stand.
The hot dogs were in a big soup heater (like you'd see in a pub / cafe) in hot water keeping them hot.
Beside this was buns / ketchup / mustard.
People just went up and took what they wanted - you took the hot dogs out with a pair of tongs.
Maybe have a word with the hotel to see if you could set something similar up? It may cost you a lot lot less.

Of course, if you have the money to burn, go all out for someone else to do it :)
