Thor washing machine not working

I have this washing machine Thor (by Shomar) in my new apartment. It won't start, run, pump, drain, etc. at all. I can switch it on, lights come on, set the program, start it, it waits for few seconds, doing nothing the lights start flashing and beeping. There is a water feed into it, outlet pipe and filter not clogged. What I noticed, the front door slightly bent and when I close it and press start the can't hear the door switch actuating. Any ideas? Thank you!

from your fault description its most likely that the door interlock is not being activated, a bent hinge could definitely cause the door to striker not switch the interlock on.

I got the interlock on, switched to spin, the pump working, pushing water out to the drain, the drum won't spin. When I spin the flywheel by hand I feel no resistance at all.

[if you have no motor action you have either motor or module failure assuming all leads are intact, remove the motor and check the carbon brushes, new brushes are usually about an inch long if yours are down to 1/4 inch and one of them with a burned end replace them otherwise I would think you would be out of your depth explaining about modules

Thanks a million! In the end I'll be given a new one. The current one wasn't used by me at all, so wouldn't know what kind of abuse it got. I'd like to have a look at the motor but in this situation, getting it apart and putting back together, just not worth the effort.

No, not getting a new one. It's being fixed. No washing machine since 14th March, repairman came today, didn't have the proper interlock, he would have it next week. :-( F3ck! I think I have a go at it again.

if the emptying pump runs when the machine is set to empty then you don't have a faulty door lock, back to post no 4

I wonder when you mention module, do you mean the pcb behind the control knob? (I have a multimeter at hand but I'm not saying I'm too advanced with it. I can spot obvious sign like burn out, etc. things.) I tried to look at the motor as well. Access a bit restricted but see what can I do.
    Thanks for your input!!

    EDIT:
I looked around for lose connections and have found the culprit. There is a big white socket connected to the motor, one of the wires came loose from soldering, stripped some casing, copper exposed and the motor turning!

    UPDATE:
This thing is cursed! Interlock engaging, pump running, water in and out, drum turning. Guess what?! Leaking water through the door which looks warped, not sealing tight. I think it's time to tell the maintenance to go to hell with repairs, get something more decent!!!

if it is leaking around the door/tubshell gasket check it for holes, if you don't find any you more than likely have pulled the gasket off the outer panel, if so re fit it back on correctly

Thank you Sir, you are Ace! :-)

It wasn't the gasket. I inspected closely, pulled the dispenser out and saw some undrained water inside. I turned out, after I had squeezed the black inlet pipe it was blocked by washing powder. I don't know how it caked together there but acted like a plug not letting any water through. I'm running a test wash now, see how it goes.

(Should get still that misbehaving wire soldered as just pressed the wire tightly on the metallic pin, could work lose due vibration again.)
