Any recommendations for someone to service a built in gas fire (Gazco)?

    I had one of these installed 18 months ago from one of the main suppliers. Contacted them a couple of weeks ago to get it checked / serviced. The person who co-ordinates that stuff only works half days so I waited and waited for the call back - nothing.

    Went onto the web and got another number for someone else. Called a few times and eventually got talking to a guy who said "send an email with you number & address" which I did - nada :mad:

    Kinda wishing the recovery never happened cos customer service has gone to the dogs.......

    Would anyone have the name of someone who does servicing of gas fires?

    Any help would be appreciated.
