Provisional licence documentation?

Okay, so I know I have to have an eye test done, I have a letter from the PPS office with my PPS number on it, I have a letter from the credit union with my address, I have my theory test certificate and I have a passport which has been out of date since September but I think that's okay because it's not out of date a year. I have no medical problems and I am an Irish citizen and was born here. I think you can fill out the learner permit D201 in there. Is there any other documents I need or is that enough to get my provisional license?

I think that should be all you need, assuming your passport is an Irish one. Just make sure your proof of address is less than six months old, though.

The passport can be from anywhere as long the applicant is resident in Ireland (hence the proof of PPSN and/ or a GNIB card) and a ROI or UK passport can be out of date by up to a year.

Yes, 6 months for the proof of address. The proof of PPSN can be any age.

That should be enough. You can also download the form here.
