Grant of Probate in Kerry

    I am in the process of buying a house at the moment. We have agreed the sale and paid the deposit but there is a delay because the house we are buying is part of an inheritance estate. Our solicitor has said that the vendors solicitor has just applied for the Grant of Probate in the Tralee probate office. Does anyone know how long this generally takes to get the Grant of Probate as it has been mentioned that there are delays in this office
