    Anyone using spiceworks help desk out there? I am looking at it from the pov of an IT help desk but also for an Operations Helpdesk. We have a number of properties in different counties and was wondering if we could use it for logging calls about general building maintenance. We would want the different types of calls to forward to different people.

    I evaluated it a while back for one client who was looking for a 'free' solution. We ended up using HESK which is also free and is working out very well for their needs.

    Servicedesk Plus Standard Edition from ManageEngine is now free.
