    Might be easier to let us know what pedals you have on your bike. The cleat type you mention seems to be a part number and doesn't mean a whole lot (to me at least)

    There are no details for either types which indicate what cleats they accept and the pictures are poor and confusing.

    The first link is for Tri shoes which may not exactly be suitable for regular road use.

    The second link is for MTB shoes however they appear to have several different bolt holes for attaching cleats but I cant make out if there is a central top hole which would suggest they accept road cleats like Keo/Delta or SPD-SL cleats.

    I bought Muddyfox 2yrs ago on SD and I recall the description saying they were Look compatible. But not with these ones. There does seem to be the top bolt and two below. I'll mail them and see.
