WTD: towbar mounted platform rack for 3/4 bikes

Hi, I am on the lookout for a towbar mounted rack. I would like to be able to lock my bikes to the rack and lock the rack on the tow bar. A 3 bike rack that can take an extension rail for a 4th bike would be ideal. Something along the lines of a Thule or Atera strada, the sturdier the better. Thanks
