Vodafone just put my bill up by another 3 euro (38 euro now) for broadband only package with no phone line/package.

Are there any other offers available that are cheaper than this?

I don't live in a Virgin/UPC area so I'm fairly much stuck with eir resellers.

Pure telecom is €39 for the same thing, I don't think you'll do any better than what you have, and even if you do, you're getting into a new contract.
you're only looking at mobile broadband being cheaper really.

Open eir pushed a price change so all the DSL providers are up. €38 really isnt terrible.

30gb limit though, with the install cost, op would only save €66 in the first year, and would have to pay €49 a month for unlimited.

If you have light Internet usage and are in a Fibre-enabled area, the Digiweb Fibre Lite package is the cheapest I'm aware of at €35/month with a 40GB allowance. Although there's a €50 activation fee, it includes a Fritz!Box that's quite a decent router.

Net1 is the next cheapest Eir Fibre reseller I'm aware of at €36/month, but has a few caveats - It has a 2 year contract, a 200GB monthly allowance and each year must be paid upfront (€432), so not really worth facing those conditions let alone the hefty upfront bill each time it arrives just for a mere €2/month saving.

Vodafone's Simply Broadband price is currently €40/month, so if you're getting it for €38/month and do much video streaming/downloading, I would suggest holding on to it, particularly if you're getting decent performance.
