    Pretty much exactly the same as just stating an asking price at that level. They want it, they may not get it and may take lower offers.

    Boom nonsense all over again. Basically it means we expect more. Just ignore it, set your limit and go with that.

    Doesn't mean anything anymore unfortunately - probably trying to start a bidding war by letting people start the bid lower than valuation
