Did anyone see the green light over Galway/Oranmore bay last night? No mention of it anywhere. Saw it at 7pmlast night. Could it have been a green flare, if there's such a thing? I'm ate up with wonder!

Moved out from an old thread about UFOs'/Chinese lanterns.

Could it have been the coastguard chopper searchlight from a distance?

    The Northern Lights?

    Anything like that?

Thanks for the suggestions. No, it was definitely a light. Thought it was a star but it was green lantern green and it moved. Probably a flare or search light. But it was just so odd looking. I took a video of it but its not great.

It's a drone...green leds at the front. Red leds at the rear.
