    Great pieces of kit, but beware that you need specific planning permission for them, even to the rear. I was ballparked about €2k min supply and fit during a home renovation for a client a few months back.

    I know of one Planning Enforcement case where a home owner had to screw the base shut because he installed them without planning, and he was refused retention.

    Also be careful of your roof pitch, they require a roof pitch between 35 and 53 degrees, we looked into them too but our roof was too shallow @ 30 degrees.
