Can anyone recommend a dressmaker (in the dublin/kildare area preferably) for bridal?

I'm strongly considering getting my dress made.

Not looking to spend thousands though as my design is quite simple (but beautiful)

    Thanks in advance

I opted to get my dress made too and went to Aideen Cross in Rathangan Co. Kildare. She was absolutely fantastic. Really straightforward to deal with and a truly lovely woman. I adored my dress.
PM me if you'd like her phone number.

C&M Bridal in Kildare. Highly recommend them. I bought my dress online and they altered it and I know 2 people that have had stunning dresses made from scratch there for a fraction of what you would think.

Could I ask, roughly what kind of money did it cost?

I only know the price of one of them. It was 500 Euro. Made in a rush 3 weeks before wedding so about 4 fitting appts. I'd have no hesitation recommending them.

Sounds ridiculous I know but did they look very professional and not cheap?

Just ive seen some places who make bridal gowns and the finished product has been a bit cheap and put together looking.

Not in the slightest. They have a web and fb page if you wanted to get an idea first. But they'll take all your ideas and thoughts on board and talk you through everything. I'm starting to sound a bit like I'm on commission now so I'll stop. Best of luck with the searches ðŸ˜႒

Thanks ladyella, sorry for the delay in replying to you. I don't log on very often!
