Availability tool - answer doesn't make sense

    Hi, i'm using the availability tool and it says i'm not in an Eir Fibre area. We live in Blackrock, Dublin and there are 4 or 5 cabinets withing a 500m radius and they all show as live for fibre on the interactive map. Is it possible at all for someone to check why its saying i can't get fibre? Happy to PM address and phone number.....
