Upgrad to Adfree Outlook.com

Has anyone been able to update to the Adfree version of Outlook.com ? It seems that , incredibly, despite Microsoft having European HQ in Ireland , that ad-free Outlook.com is not available here. I know I could use ad blockers but I prefer on principle not to use adblockers where possible as I accept that websites involve…

Has anyone been able to update to the Adfree version of Outlook.com ? It seems that , incredibly, despite Microsoft having European HQ in Ireland , that ad-free Outlook.com is not available here.

I know I could use ad blockers but I prefer on principle not to use adblockers where possible as I accept that websites involve a cost and showing ads is one way of financing this. I find in this case the ads slow down access.
