F1000 modem just died

    Hi, how would the f1000 modem stop working i.e. Brick itself in normal use?

    No lights etc.

    Two users on the eir Talk2 reporting a firmware push. Something like <0.5% of units will die spontaneously during update.

    Thanks ED E... Was onto eir and they just took my mobile no. Any way of using the sky hub for the moment?
