how much would it cost for a structural engineer to price two rsj's to be fitted in an attic
the width is 20ft would need the rsj's in three lengths each
    Dublin 13 area

About €750 plus VAT would be my quote.
The engineer is not just sizing 2 beams, he/she is sizing the beams to carry the new floating floor in accordance with Part A of the Building Regulations and will also need to provide sign off and certification for for this portion of the works.

They need to be fire rated also. The price I've quoted usually covers floor and rafter design, an inspection and certification also.

An attic conversion is not just about the steel beams ;)
