Hello, could somebody tell me if there has to be a permanent rigid bulkhead between the rear passenger seats and the cargo area in order to qualify as a crew cab, and therefore the 13.5% VRT? A lot of the vans I'm looking at in the UK are classed as crew cabs but don't have this bulkhead. Thanks, DOK

Also, if anybody can help? Does a e.g. SWB Vivaro qualify for the 13.5% vrt rate? Thank you
