When I pick up a round bale and drive off down the road. I find when I hit a something like tar patch, something minor like that. the back wheel wobble and I loose control of the tractor. I am going slow about 5 mph. The tyres feels like it's falling off but the nuts are tight. When you shove the back wheels the tractor shakes. Second, the tractor is slow to lift the round bale, loads of revs, messing with lifts controls.

Have you a tyre issue? Maybe the structure of the tyre is damaged, tyre wall weak etc... or maybe it isnt seated on the rim properly. This problem would be worse when you are carrying weight. Lift issue is seperate but you shouldn't have to 'mess' with the levers!

bearings gone in final drives (outer section of axle) Roller bearings will eventually fall out of their cages and jam in gears locking up wheel, you will not be able to move tractor they need to be really bad for this to happen but I have seen it.
Forget about repairing them take off wheel undo ring of bolts lift off hub go to scrap yard trade for S/H set refit and fill to level of filler stud with gear oil.

Hyd issue could be a lot of things first drain all back end oil and clean oil filter gauze located above plate held with 3 13mm studs on under side of back end of tractor to the front of the PUH .If hyd pump worn join both pumps together using diverter valve on top of lift cover and fit a flexi hose from one hyd slice ( single acting ) to oil port on top of lift cover and operate lift arms from spools.
