Pro-ceed clutch issue

Tried to tack this question on the end of another thread of mine but I think it's dead, so I'll try to ask here.

I just test drove a Kia pro-ceed. 2011 so still under warranty. with 66000 miles on the clock.
Didn't get a mechanic involved yet but there was only 1 issue/niggle that caused concern...

Everything is fine except that changing from first to second gear the car judders when the clutch is depressed.

It catches fine on the bite coming back up but there is a noticeable shake when pressed in.
My understanding is dual mass flywheel can be a problem on diesels. - I've also read that it might be a clutch bearing (but I'm none the wiser)

Problem only occurs when changing from 1st to 2nd.
Is this a walk away issue? or worth going back with a mechanic?

Dealer is a Kia dealer and the car is under manufacturer warranty, but if this is a worn out clutch it probably won't be covered 'cos it's normal wear and tear.

he seems reasonable and gave me a good trade-in price for my old Fabia (maybe too good? ¬,¬)

Worth a 2nd look or walk away?
