    A whole new opening has to be made in the floor, new trimmers etc etc
    I wouldn't imagine much chance from 5k again you've fixed and decorated everything back up!

    Huge amount of variables here.

    Those here in the know would need a lot more detail to make an accurate estimation.

    First thing to check , is the height from the floor to the top of the ceiling joist, the same in both positions.
