I have no questions as you have provided a comprehensive post.
I certainly don't need to know where this is for sale.

You didn't factor into account the duty that's may be charged since Eglobal is a hong kong based site ;) Not so much of a bargain when you take this and the lack of any comeback into account should anything go wrong.

I thought about that, but point #16 (however true/false it may be) in their T&Cs should cover me in that case, if I do have to resort to a PayPal dispute.

To be fair to OP, it was only his 4th post. The smart responses given (while I'm sure only meant with humour) can put people off and make Boards seem like a clique.

You just have to leave spaces in the link to break it but it's still all there, then all someone else has to do is highlight the whole lot, right click, Google search.

You can use 2 sim cards in the phone at the same time.

It came! Fantastic phone for €240 - replacing my original Nexus 5. Will post pics later :)

EDIT: Here are the pics! Album

Some things to note; it came packaged officially with the LG US 2-pin travel plug, and a UK 3-pin adapter was packaged separately beside the box inside the package. So if you do order from eglobalcentral, it's probably best to order yourself a standalone UK USB C plug or compatible cable.

So if it's the US version of the phone are there some 4G bands missing on it?

I.E will it only do certain 4G bands like the last US one does?

No it is indeed the international version of the phone, just that the plug supplied is the US 2-pin one, for wherever else uses that I presume.

4G working fine for me on Three!

Nexus 5 gave up the ghost on Thursday.

Order this Friday afternoon and it's just arrived in ParcelMotel this morning. Gotta love Google.

    Was the phone factory sealed?

There were no visible seals on the outside of the box, but everything inside was wrapped in the official plastic (phone, USB C cable and travel adapter)

My OPO is dieing. Need a mid range alternative. Are the majority on this thread buying this phone from Google or Eglobal. Saving €100 if I order from eglobal? What's the delivery time if I order from them and do I need a Parcel motel address for faster delivery?
    Thanks.

How would you rank it based on your Nexus 5? I got a 5 when it came out in Canada, but the 4g doesn't work in Ireland which is a pain in the hole, so keen to upgrade to something different!

Torn between the 5x or the Smart Ultra 6!

I ordered one from eglobal on the 16th, it hasnt been dispatched yet but that is standard enough from eglobal and once dispatched should be with me in a couple of days. A week to 10 days is probably standard.. Also, you'll pick up a £5 coupon quite easily on their site.

If you buy from the .co.uk eglobal site, you will need parcel motel as they dont deliver to ireland. They do have a .eu site which will deliver to ireland but last time I checked the phone was 40 euro dearer on the .eu one so i went with the .co.uk version and parcel motel.

Liking it so far. Was sceptical over the bigger screen as I felt the 5 was the perfect size really, it's probably just on the borderline of being unweildy in one hand. In comparison the guy beside me in work got an LG G4 last week and that's definitely a two handed phone so prefer the 5x.

How did you guys who bought off eglobal get on? I ordered one last week but still hasn't shipped yet, it was held up with bank holiday but it's still showing as packing for dispatch. How long does it normally take to receive the order?

I was the same myself but finally got a dpd reference this morning and it's due to arrive tomorrow at my parcel wizard address. In fairness to them, they got back to me pretty quickly when I emailed too.

I just got a dispatch notice this morning too, tracking number not showing anything yet. Do parcel wizard deliver on Saturday? I know myself it'll be Monday or Tuesday but fingers crossed.

I think they only deliver Saturdays if specified on the package. My one made it to Antrim this morning but won't be in my hands until Monday. Better late than never :)

How reliable is eglobal? Anyone any good/bad experiences with them?

Looking at some of the higher end phones because buying them on a 24 month contract is around 400 and buying them outright isn't a whole lot more!
