BOA tightening system repair???

    Have a pair of lake cycling shoes with a boa tightening system. Anyone know who could repair the ratchet tightening system which has given up the ghost.

    I repaired my spesh s-works with boa thing twice already. Very easy, all you need is to take off that tightening cap, feed the new string where the old one was, tight a knot or two and put the cap back on and you're done. I got the replacement kit in the LBS and online that comes with the little tool to unscrew the adjustment mechanism.

    Don't they offer a lifetime guarantee on them? Thought id read that somewhere when looking into the S-Works shoes before I got them

    Emailed them yesterday and here is their response which was almost immediate.

    So it looks like they supply replacements foc. They sent me another email today to say they will be dispatched and should be with me within 5 working days. Great service and will update when they arrive.

    Just to update for future reference to anyone else who has the same problem

    2 replacement lace systems arrived in the post today. That's a great service from boa.
