Fully Modular PSU Recommendation

At present there are 5 HDDs in the PC.
I intend to get a cage for a further 3, maxing out the SATA connections on the motherboard.

At the moment these are 3TB WD HDD.

CPU is i7 3770s

For the time being the on die graphics is sufficient, but might need to add a non-gaming graphics card in the future.

Will possibly be adding a TV tuner card also but that is reasonably light on power requirements.

Essentially I need a PSU for present and future, that will be capable of handling the initial surge of all those HDDs starting up.

It must be modular ..... and preferably fully modular.

Another guy/girl was getting the same one. was on amazon think slightly cheaper . Amazon Less hassle.

I'm more concerned about capabilities than exact price TBH.

Will it comfortably handle the power surge, as I expect it has grunt enough after start up?

Is there something better for the situation?

Short answer yes. Maxing not near the psu capability. Taking into consideration spin up other power additions.
