Paypal address change

    I sold something through paypal.
    I shipped it express with an post to address provided but its being returned to me due to either being refused at address or the address not existing.
    Buyer has got on to me this morning and asked for it to be shipped to another address as he provided wrong address( he admitted this).
    How would I go about this ?
    I told them initially that they would need to pay again for postage, as it wasn't my fault they provided the wrong address, but I since did a bit of searching and it seems if I ship to an address not on their paypal I lose my seller protection?
    Anyone experience with this?

    If the new address is not their paypal address do not ship to this address. this has scam written all over it. is there much of a difference between the two addresses? are they even in the same town?

    +1, significant risk of you being scammed.

    Refund him the figure -postage. Then he can re-order with a correct address on Paypal and you can ship it then.

    Thanks I think that be best thing to do.

    I don't think it is a scam but just to cover my arse I'm not shipping to any address outside of the paypal address.

    He could change his PayPal address to the correct one if he wanted so yeah don't bother. Do as the ED_E has said.
