Storage Heater

Hi, I am running a business in the midlands and have 4 storage heaters. Presently one of the rooms is only used from 6pm so I do not require the room to be heated during the day. The other rooms will have practitioners using the premises on different days, the rooms won't be consistently occupied! How do I control this in the least time consuming way?

Im presently with the ESB but am open to changing provider if I can get a cost effective solution to running the utilities. Presently its costing a fortune, i need a decent alternative or a helpful guide to using the storage heaters.

Please note: the building is poorly insulated, this is a new project so please be patient! I'm eager to find cost effective ways of insulting also! I want to have an efficient building by September 2016 in preparation for the winter
