Insurance companies that only ask 5 years on convicitions

Just a quick question.

My insurance this year jumped up quite a bit. 800 euro - 1200 euro

I am trying to shop around but I had a DUI when I was living in the UK 8 or 9 years ago.

Problem is a lot of companies will have "Never had a conviction".
Some will say Convictions in the last 5 years.

So far I have actually only found one that puts the 5 year stipulation around the conviction.
Does anyone know of any others?

Liberty only asks for the last 3 years, a quote for myself is 800 euro I have 7 years no claims but my wife is on her provisional and it jumps to 1400 when she is added.

I've used the same broker these last 5 years.
But as I say it took a jump this year, I called them they told me insurance has went nuts this year some peoples have doubled.

It's a double hit my partner is still on a provisional.
I get one that is cheap for me it get's goes sky high with partner.
Then companies that are cheap with her will have in the assumptions.
"Never had a driving conviction" so I am not getting quoted.

Liberty so far is the only one I have found that say in the last 3 years,
