I'm currently working for a company at the moment. It started out as a little work here and there but now over the last 3 months its been a lot more. The company is actually just ran by one guy who is registered as a sole trader (its IT/online related) I'm not to sure as to what to do. I want to register with revenue and CRO but I'm not sure what I should register as, a sole trader whos doing contract work? I also looked at a partnership maybe that would work better if he was up for it. Any help would be great.

Are you an employee or selfemployed?

Do you want to be an employee or selfemployed?

Do you know this guy, do you want to go into business with him?
