Suppressor Thread Size for a CZ452-2E ZKM

I tried measuring the thread size in my .22 rifle with a metric thread gauge but it doesn't appear to be metric, think it's imperial. A quick Google search reveals that it's a European standard 1/2" x 20 threads per inch. Could anyone confirm this? Also looking for a slincer to fit this, nothing fancy, any recommendations?

That's correct, also known as 1/2"-20 UNF (indicating 20 threads per inch TPI).

Do not confuse with 1/2" Whitworth or 1/2" BSF, they are 12 and 16 TPI respectively. UNF is an American thread form.

Thanks for clarifying. Really appreciate that. I had dealt with inch threads before and there's a load of them. Very confusing with all the different standards.

Would this be a good moderator? I'm fairly new to rifle shooting so excuse my ignorance but do moderators have a long life or need replacing after a certain number of rounds shot?

The Parker Hale or the Sak will do you fine. The Parker Hale has 15 baffles inside that need cleaning fairly regular, bit fiddly to re-assemble, but you get used to it. Sak mod is easier to clean - both about same quietness. PH longer and thinner than Sak.

i have been using a parker hale mod for 8 years,no signs of ware yet, clean after about 500 rounds,a sak is also a good mod,but i like the slender PH on my 16" 455 cz,i also used an atec mod, found that good also:D also if you buy a mod from sportsden there is no assemble rod with them

it helps to put the baffles back in a lot quicker, straighter, and easier.the rods dont come with the mod it seems anymore, some lads use six inch nails or some thing else i think,......ps i might be putting a new ph mod with new rod,and 15 new extra baffles up for sale in day or so,you may be interested in that?....pps.as of today friday 18th,i have had a couple of pms regarding the ph i have,so if you are interested,im afraid youll be in a Q, ill keep this post updated..............update..sold
