Hi guys delete if this is in the wrong forum , but I always see this homeless guy around where I live and I always stop to give him cash , cigs and food . He is an actual homeless person sleeps outside on the street I'm thinking I'm able to , let him use my address to get the dole for himself ? And just get him back on his…

Well, this is a nice idea, but it wont work. The social welfare do inspections, and will ask a lot of questions, making it very difficult for this man to prove he is living with you - which sadly amounts to fraud.
