Copy of Newspaper article- library?

I want to get a copy of a newspaper article from the Business Post, but I dont want to sign up for a monthly subscription at €19.99 p/mth - does anyone know if there is a print edition of the newspaper, and if so, are there copies held in the Dublin City or Fingal libraries?
