Checking past bills

How can I check past paid bills? On the billing page, when I click on any of the past paid bills, it always brings me to the latest one. I need to check the previous ones.

Thanks for your query.

If you log in to your MyWater account here, you will be brought to a "Billing and Payment" overview page.

At the bottom of this page, there are two tabs: My Bills and Payments Made.

Your previous bills and payments should appear on the bottom of the screen once you click on these tabs.

Thank you. This helps me see the amounts I paid, but not the water and allowances used, and whether the readings were estimate or actual. How can I access past bill PDFs, and not just the latest one?

Once you are in the Billing Overview section of your MyWater account, you should be able to click on the due date of your latest bill to view a summary of your account. You should also have the option to view your Irish Water bill in PDF format. Please see here for more information regarding your MyWater account.

If an error is appearing, would you mind sending the following details via private message and we can certainly look into the matter:

- Name;
- Address;
- Contact Number; and
- Confirmation that you are the account holder.
