Its a great thread, just thought id post it here for anyone who hadn't seen it.

I also isolated all the weekly plans into a word document cos I'm sound...but id recommend reading through each week on the forum for tips from the pros!

Used to swim back in high school. I haven't done it of late. I doubt whether i still have the skill
